Maintenance of the Council's internet and intranet sites, including design, content management and user support; System administrator for RedDot CMS, AchieveForms and KBroker;
Content responsibility and functionality development; Co-ordinating web content management system usage, including training and support; Developing rich media provision, including streaming audio and video; Ongoing search engine optimisation across the sites;
Providing web-related support and training for 200+ RedDot CMS users; Maintaining the departmental website, including preparing rich media and advising others on best practice; Carrying out content maintenance and developing new sections of the University website;
